These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Korrali Data platform (the "Service") operated by Korrali LLC, a United States limited liability company based at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801 ("we", "us", or "our").

Korrali Data provides deterministic file processing, validation, and repair tools primarily targeting financial formats (e.g., CSV, TSV, OFX, QIF). We provide these tools "as is" and do not guarantee their suitability for every specific accounting or financial software version.

3. Data Privacy and Auto-Deletion

Our core operating principle is privacy by design. Any files you upload to our Service are processed in memory or on ephemeral storage and are automatically and permanently deleted immediately after processing or download. We do not retain, inspect, or use your financial data to train AI models.

4. User Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload and process the data you submit to our Service. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal, unauthorized, or malicious purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, algorithms, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Korrali LLC and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Korrali LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any errors or inaccuracies in the processed output files; or (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
