• No Data Retention: Any files (e.g., CSV, TSV, OFX) you upload to our servers are processed entirely in memory or on ephemeral storage and are automatically, instantly, and permanently deleted immediately after the processing task is complete or the result is downloaded.
• No AI Training: We use 100% deterministic, rule-based algorithms. We do not use, inspect, or feed your financial files into any Artificial Intelligence (AI) models or machine learning training datasets.
• No Human Inspection: Your files are never visible to our employees or contractors.

2. Information We Do Collect

We collect the absolute minimum information necessary to operate the service:

• Account Information: If you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication details provided by our identity provider.
• Payment Information: If you purchase credits or a subscription, your payment details are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers on our servers.
• Usage Analytics: We collect anonymized, aggregated telemetry data (such as page views, error rates, and tool usage frequencies) to monitor service health and improve our platform. This data contains no personally identifiable financial information.

3. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies to maintain your logged-in session and security tokens. We may use highly restricted, privacy-focused analytics to understand general web traffic, but we do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell your behavioral data.

However, our zero-retention policy on uploaded financial files inherently eliminates the risk of historical data breaches of your financial documents.

Because we do not store your uploaded financial files, there is no historical financial data to export or delete upon request.
